An 84-year-old woman died Wednesday afternoon after being hit by a car in a parking lot. The coroner says that Lorraine Grammes was hit by a car around 1 p.m. in the parking lot of Trexlertown Medical Center at 6900 Hamilton Boulevard in Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County.
