Bradford, Vt. — Homer “Rocky” Stimpson, 74 of Bradford, passed away peacefully in his home on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014, following a sudden illness. He was born in Richford, Vt., on Sept. 27, 1940, and grew up in Enosburg, Vt., with his brother Roger Stimpson.
