Rodella lawyers try to cast doubt on accuser’s account

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Albuquerque released a five-count indictment against Rio Arriba County Sheriff Tommy Rodella and his son Friday morning that accuses the pair of violating the civil rights of Michael Tafoya, a 26-year-old Rio Arriba County resident, seen here in an image taken from video.
