The Sarnia Sting gave themselves an early Christmas present Friday night. The Sting skated to a 4-1 victory over the Saginaw Spirit in front of 2,723 fans at the RBC Centre.

The Saginaw Spirit played their second road game of the weekend at the RBC Centre falling to the Sarnia Sting 4-1. The first period saw three goals by the Sarnia Sting. Brandon Lindberg scored the first goal for the Sting with assists going to Stephen Pierog and Zachary Core at the 4:11 mark.
