John William Norris Jr., 58, Hancock, died Thursday, July 24, 2014, at NMS of Hagerstown, Maryland. Born July 27, 1955 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., he was the son of Ellen Belle Payne Norris of Milford, Ohio and the late John William Norris Sr. He was a graduate of Hancock High School.
