Former deputy, banker accused of fraud

The Cape Coral Police Department arrested a man for fraud after they say he stole thousands from bank accounts belonging to two elderly Cape Coral residents. Justin Testa was a banker at Wells-Fargo on Del Prado Boulevard in Cape Coral and was once a Lee County Sheriff's Office Corrections Deputy.

High School evacuated again after bomb threat

We were there as students and staff at North Fort Myers High School were forced to evacuate for the second day in a row - after someone called in another bomb threat. Friday's threat came just a day after deputies arrested a freshman student for calling in a threat Thursday.
